Using our commission for good
Any time someone uses a real estate agent to buy or sell a property, the broker collects a commission. But we do things a little differently. We deposit $1,000 out of every commission we earn into our homeless fund. Good news is that it costs you absolutely nothing extra.

Growing the Homeless Fund
As we help people buy and sell more homes, our homeless fund grows. When it hits our target, we begin looking for the right property to house those in need.

Housing the homeless
We work with non-profit and government agencies to find the appropriate families and individuals who need housing, providing them with an honorable and decent place to live.

Finding the right property
We analyze zoning ordinances and work with planning commissions and city officials to find property that we can rehab or convert into low-income housing.
